MCYTH?

MCYTH is the 6th-12th grade youth ministry of Motor City Church. We are a movement on mission to take the city of Detroit, in the name of Jesus. We are committed to creating a place where young people can belong, have a place to call home, find community, grow, and encounter Jesus!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • 6th-12th Grade

  • Parents can just drop their student off then pick them back up at 6:30pm.

  • YES! Every single volunteer involved with the youth ministry is background checked.

  • They will be learning what it means to walk in the things of God. They will be guided with intention and have step by step age appropriate teaching on how to live out a true relationship with Jesus.

  • Important details like:

    • Check-in/out process (with wrist bands)

    • Security team

    • Leader-to-student ratios

    • Emergency procedures

  • NO! This is a FREE gathering!

  • Not mandatory but a Bible, Notebook and Pen are encouraged.

  • Parents/Guardians are the main way of transportation for youth.
